Nestled along the north eastern shore of Singapore, the
25 hectares SMOE yard features best in class facilities which enables us to deliver the most challenging projects spoken of in the offshore industry today.
Singapore Yard
All of our construction sites sit adjacent to the 1.5 kilometres long deepwater quayside which has a uniform water depth of 11.2 to 14.9 metres. This gives us the edge to conveniently construct and load-out projects weighing up to 40,000 tonnes.
Purpose built facilities
No two projects are the same and to cater to specific needs, we have constructed facilities such as large air condition warehouses and enclosed titanium welding facility to meet the projects' requirement.

PT SMOE Indonesia's (PTSI) 68.5 hectares yard on Batam Island, Indonesia, is a subsidiary of SMOE.
Batam Yard
This purpose built yard for the oil industry began operations in 2003, tapping into an increasing number of local offshore projects and also complementing its parent yard in Singapore for any international projects awarded. With its large graveled surface and half a kilometre of reinforced deepwater quayside, this mega yard also caters to modular fabrication of onshore LNG plants. The quayside has a deep water of 7 metres, which can be dredged up to 10 metres.
Since its inception, PTSI has undertaken EPCIC projects that include CPP, Wellhead, Compression and Manifold Platforms, Living Quarters and modularization for FPSO topside facilities.
PTSI's five large workshop - three measuring 110m x 61m x 29m each and two measuring 150m x 20m x 8m and 150m x 15m x 8m translate into better productivity as sub-assemblies and modules can be constructed within, without downtime caused by bad weather.
Another area of high efficiency is PTSI's operation of an autoblast and prime machine that is capable of blasting an area of 7,500sqm per 6-hour shift.
Our yard houses a fully equipped medical centre with its own operating theatre and resident doctor; ensuring prompt medical attention in an Emergency.
